Reverse The Curse is a non-profit organization established to expose and fight injustice wherever it appears and to insure that the public’s knowledge, trust and respect for the law is renewed. We are demanding a call for action in order to make a positive difference in communities and the world.Justice should flow down like a river but “Our” Justice System is broken to say the least.

• Officers of the Court are not following the Rules of Civil Procedure and Judges refuse to enforce these rules.
• Judges are abusing their authority by not following the laws and abusing their discretion.
• Officers of the Court are engaging in egregious conduct and violating the Rules of Professional Conduct and Judicial Codes of Conduct.
• Judges are violating the U.S. and State Constitutional rights of unwary parties.
• These self-policing organizations (attorneys and judges) refuses to discipline their own.

Our Courts have a tarnished history of being unjust. It’s time to create legislation to reform our Justice system. Officers of the Court must be held accountable to the highest degree. Judicial immunity must be removed and the system must be mandated to operate as designed. Reverse The Curse aims to accomplish this mission by partnering with other advocacy groups concerned with fighting for justice and raising funds to retain legal representation that understands the law and will put forth every effort to not only adequately represent clients but to stand firm on the law and fight for clients that have been legally and unjustly abused by the judicial system.In addition to retaining legal representation the organization plans to open a Citizen’s Law Library, Learning and Resource Center accessible to the public to learn the basics of the law and what their U.S. and State Constitutional laws are and how to defend against the violation of them. This library will also provide legal counseling by bar-certified attorneys. Our aim is to pilot this library in at least 10 counties in North Carolina and several cities across the country. Under the Reverse The Curse umbrella will also be a bootstrap program that will assist youth and adults in moving forward into careers that will make them self-sufficient productive citizens. There will be professional mentors that will advise and direct them onto the path of success.

The learning center will provide on-line tutorials for learning basic computing and sessions on resume writing, interviewing skills, job searching and business etiquette. There will always be someone on staff to help and answer questions. Big visions require big financing. In order for this vision to come to fruition we need assistance in the form of donations and grants. This website provides a way for you to donate. All donations are tax deductible and we will keep you posted as to our progress.
